Dr. Azer earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Kent, Ohio.
Dr. Azer returned to Texas to continue his training. He completed a three-year surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery in Houston, working with some of the best podiatrists in Texas.

Podiatrist/foot & Ankle Surgeon
Dr. Woodley grew up in NEPA. He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. Following this he spent 4 years in medical school at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia where he graduated with high honors and was 5th in his class. Subsequently Dr. Woodley returned to Scranton, PA to complete his surgical residency under the tutelage of Dr. Guido LaPorta, a globally recognized leader in the specialty of foot and ankle surgery, at Geisinger-Community Medical Center, a level II trauma center. During residency, Dr. Woodley completed over 2,500 lower extremity surgical procedures with an emphasis on all areas of foot, ankle, and leg surgery. Dr. Woodley is also extensively trained in the conservative and surgical treatment of diabetic conditions affecting the lower extremity including limb salvage. As a part of his residency, Dr. Woodley completed a 2-month rotation at The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics: Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD, under the direction of Dr. John Herzenberg. This rotation focused on complex deformity correction in children and adults. After residency, Dr. Woodley relocated to Florida to pursue an opportunity to contribute and advance the growing need of lower extremity trauma and reconstruction services in Collier County. After 3 years in Florida he decided to return to Pennsylvania and use his growing knowledge to assist the NEPA community.
