Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance Murfreesboro Tn Employee Reviews
Very demeaning and unorganized staffing. Inappropriate conversations, and favoritism is heavily associated with this practice. Providers are disrespectful and have no manners what do ever
Management is terrible and has favorites if you arent a favorite then youre kicked to the side and treated like dirt. You could be the most hard working person in there and they would still promote the person who kisses the most butt
No matter how hard you work it will go unnoticed. The pay is not worth how hard you work and the unrealistic expectations. You are replaceable to this company. Just a number, as soon as they find someone willing to work for a lesser pay you will be replaced
Run!!! Poor management, coworkers who backstab you. Overwhelming and understaffed. Doctors double and triple book and dont spend enough time to explain what really needed
Company only cares about how much money they bring in. They do not care about their employees. There is no work life balance. They expect you to eat, sleep, breathe TOA. They let patients cuss out their employees and the employee gets in trouble in return. High turnover rate. Poor training. There is zero room for advancement. Also a very catty office, everyone talks about everyone.
Insurance & Contracted Managed Care Plans
Why is this important? Because many patients are hearing that TOC is out of network with their insurance providers. Please know, that this is NOT correct information.
What should I do if my insurance provider tells me that TOC no longer accepts my insurance? Absolutely nothing! If your insurance provider is listed below, rest assured that we are in-network and will continue to be.
Why is this happening now? Although it was announced several months ago, our merger with TOA does not become official until January 1, 2021. It is this transition that is causing the automated responses from insurance providers. It is simply a timing and technical issue that will not disrupt your medical services.

Other Medical Offices Planned Nearby
Two other potential medical offices could open next to the TOA building as part of the 20-acre Westlawn commercial development, said John Harney, a commercial real estate broker in Murfreesboro.
“It has convenient access for multiple counties’ patients to have medical care via the 840 corridor,” Harney said.
One of the medial offices has an affiliation with Murfreesboro Medical Clinic and will be on 8.5 acres, Harney said. Future plans for this office is proposed to be similar to the clinic’s satellite office that opened in October on Shelbyville Highway.
Another medical office user proposed in the development is not ready to disclose plans at this time, Harney said.
Gateway Building Standards To Be Used

The project will be built to the city’s stricture Gateway standards for design, materials and landscaping, said Margaret Ann Green, a principal planner for the Murfreesboro government.
The office also will include an area for physical therapy services, Green said.
The building materials will include brick, stone and metal panels, project architect Jeffrey H. Carris said.
The planned medical office would be part of the mixed-use residential and commercial Westlawn development in the fast-growing Blackman community on the west side of the city.
The plan calls for the building to be 53 feet high. The medical office will be on about 4.9 acres that will have access to a future right of way that connects Shores Road to Veterans Parkway, according to an agenda report for the planning commissioners.

Vanderbilt has not announced development plans for its 82-acre property.
“We continue to be very optimistic about the future of Rutherford County and Murfreesboro,” Vanderbilt spokesman John Howser said.
Vanderbilt does not have a business relationship with the Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance, but several TOA surgeons trained with VUMC, Howser said.
The TOA office should open by late 2020 or early 2021, said Sam Sarbacker, a representative with Oman-Gibson Associates, the project developer.
Construction should start by February, he said.
