Tons of favoritism towards favorite employees. If you’re not in the “in crowd”, you’d better for another job. Front desk BH staff allowed to bully other coworkers and treat patients poorly with no repercussions. Tons of office gossip and secret meetings. Management tries to act like a high school girl and is a joke. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

They hold up to the promises they make you when you interview. They allow for each employee to grow and reach their potential, including growing into different positions within the practice. They give raises when earned. It is easy to get time off/vacations when needed. All of the doctors, staffing, and management is friendly. They have Holiday parties and Team Building activities every few months . You get Insurance, 401K , PTO, paid holidays. M-F only, no weekends! When they promise 40 hours a week, you get it. When there are problems, it is easy to talk to the manager and have them resolved.
