We are looking for a Medical Front Desk Team Member to serve as our patients first point of contact and manage all aspects of their medical treatment. Medical Front Desk Team Member responsibilities include registering patients, managing appointments, and providing information about the therapy, treatment, and referral options. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the medical industry, wed like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Clean and confirm patient scheduling
- Verify patient information
- Verify patients follow-up on doctors recommendations
- Order patient records
- Assist with patients intake information
Skills
- Work experience as a medical front desk person, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Applications
- Ability to learn medical data entry software
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
