Curve Love High Rise Mom Jeans $89

I love Mom jeans because I have a higher waist on a short torso and then a wider set of hips moving down. Since they have a snug waistband but then a wide fit in the rest of the pants, these are perfect on me.
I wore these all day running errands and they did stretch out a bit, so I should have stuck with my normal size 31 instead of sizing up, but it was nothing a belt couldnt fix. They are made of the softer A& F All Day Comfort Stretch Denim fabric, so this made sense and the trade-off is that you get a comfy and lighter-weight pair for running around.
- I got a size 32, one size higher than normal, but should have stuck with my normal size. Size ranges from 23 to 37 and lengths include extra short, short, regular and long.
- Colors available: light ripped wash, medium wash, medium wash, ripped medium wash, ripped black, washed black and light gray wash .

I never knew the difference between mom and dad jeans, but now Im glad I do and that I have both in my closet. The High Rise Dad Jeans are more of a straight-leg pair, where Mom likes to hug curves a bit more. They also have a looser fit, which is fine if you choose your actual size or even one smaller than normal, even though the A& F Vintage Stretch Denim wont stretch out too much.
Abercrombie & Fitch Mom Jeans
So I searched mom jeans at Abercrombie, one of my favorite places for all things denim and found that they have a ton of options. I wanted to compare their regular mom jeans to their Curve Love line, so I bought a few of each. I tried each in both a 28 and 27, since some of the reviews said they run big. In each case, I found that the 28s were perfect, even though I do sometimes have to order up in higher rise jeans. Here are the winners:

OK, so I think the conclusion is that the Curve Love jeans show off a curvier body by emphasizing the curves. If you have a small waist compared to your butt/hips and love showing off that aspect of your figure, you will love the Curve Love jeans . Theyll fit in the waist without gaping and leave room for a bigger booty, hips or thighs. If youre straighter, youll probably want to stick to the regular cut. I honestly dont know which ones I like betterhelp!

My Favorite Affordable Abercrombie Jeans On Sale

Curve Love 90s Ultra High Rise Straight Jeans $89
These may be the best of the collection, so were putting it at the top of this review.
The 90s style is a great one to appease Gen Z, who have an affinity for wide-leg pants, but also to speak to the millennials that started the trend. I personally loved the ultra high-rise fit, coming up over my belly button and slimming everything from the waist down.
The fabric is one of the stiffer ones, made from A& F Vintage Stretch Denim that I personally love, since my biggest pet peeve is when jeans are too flimsy and show every line and roll on my body. These also hold up during a full days wear, not stretching out too much in the waistband or showing signs of falling down sans a belt. On the flip side, the waistband is pretty tight, which is why I sized up one size.

High Rise Super Skinny White Jeans
I had forever wanted a pair of white jeans but in all honesty hated every pair I had ever tried onuntil this pair of High Rise Super Skinny White Jeans. They were always too thin of a material making them see-through, too tight and made my thighs feel massive, or way too stretchy. These are again the perfect amount of stretch and structure, and are not see-through at all..a win-win!. They are a little more stretchy than the traditional denim washes so I did size up one to a 25/0 short and they fit perfectly. If youve been on the hunt for white denim with no luck, definitely give these a try. They are originally $78 but are currently on sale for just $24.99 plus an additional 15% off in cart!!
High Rise Distressed Mom Jeans
If you dont own a pair of mom jeans, you are missing out! I love the more relaxed fit of mom jeans, yet you can still dress them up with heels and a leather jacket for a night out in the city, or pair with a tee and sneakers for running weekend errands. The exact pair I have they no longer make but they have these high rise distressed mom jeans in a medium ripped wash that Im currently adding to my cart, along with these high rise distressed ankle mom jeans in light ripped wash, too. As far as sizing goes, in all honestly I struggled finding the right size. I had put on some stress and depression weight at the time I got mine so I sized up to a 25/0 for more room. They were still quite tight but new with some wear that theyd stretch out. Now that Im back to my normal weight, unfortunately I find them to be huge! There is a ton of room in the waist and the front area, almost making it look like I have a diaper on lol Liz Adams talked about this diaper look in her stories recently . Rumor has it theyve upgraded their new mom jean styles that I linked above so Im definitely going to be giving them a try so I can replace my current ones.

Curve Love Ultra High Rise Ankle Jeans $89
Theres still time in the summer and fall to show a little skin, so check out this ankle-bearing pair to round out your denim collection.
While the Ultra High Rise Ankle Jeans and the normal Ultra High Rise Jeans in an extra-short length fit the same on me, this is a great option for those of a normal height who like the fit of straight-leg jeans but want a more cropped length.
Another difference is in the fabric, as these are a more stretchy version of their full-length counterparts, made in the A& F All Day Comfort Stretch Denim that the skinny jeans are made of. Since they are less stiff, I love these for a day of running errands or a night out, as you wont feel the waistband digging into you as they morph into a second skin throughout the day.

High Rise Super Skinny Button
I have wanted a pair of button-fly jeans for so long now but was also equally as afraid to try them. I had this strange fear that theyd make your stomach area look bigger and that all the buttons would be uncomfortable. Boy was I wrong! These High Rise Super Skinny Button-Fly Ankle Jeans might be my new favorite pair that I own! I have them in black with a raw hem in a size 25/0 regular. I had read many reviews that their ankle length jeans run a little short so I went with the regular length instead of short and Im so happy I did! They hit right above my ankle and had I gone with the short length, they would have been caprinot a good look lol Ive worn these out on the weekend with heels and during the week with a tee and flat booties so they are extremely versatile which I love.

A lot of you have been asking for denim recommendations, I have to say that Abercrombie is one of my favorite retailers for jeans. Theyre great quality and they offer so many types of fits depending on what you are looking for. Between their mom jean, skinny, straight and curve love line, there is a confident fit for everyone. I also love their kids selection with sizing. They offer slim and regular fit which is very helpful when selecting styles for my daughter. Ultra High Rise Super Skinny Jeans
Im a high rise jean lover through and through. I have a long torso so for me, high rise jeans just barely hit my belly button aka low rise jeans are NOT my friend! So with that, I recently decided to give their Ultra High Rise Super Skinny Jeans a try. Their traditional high rise jeans have an 11 front rise while the ultra high rise have a 12 rise. Not a huge difference for someone like me with a long torso so I was excited to give them a try. They are amazing and the rise is perfect for shorter length tops and sweaters. I have them in a 25/0 short in the light wash, which is the perfect light color denim IMO!
The Collection As A Whole
Before diving into the specifics of each pair, I wanted to share some overall notes about the jeans, should you also have shared in my past experiences and want to try A& F again.
To start, the first thing I noticed before even putting them on was the quality of the denim. These feel like the pair of pants youll have for ages, as the material feels super sturdy and thick. Many of the pairs in the collection are made from A& F Vintage Stretch Denim, which is the most rigid, the A& F All Day Comfort Stretch Denim which is the middle level or the most stretchy A& F Signature Stretch Denim. You will feel a difference as you continue to wear them throughout the day, but no matter which you choose, the quality can be seen and felt.
Next up was the actual fit of the jeans, which is arguably the whole point of the review. While Ill get into specifics in a moment, I did find that throughout the collection, they very much do fit true to size. I opted to size up one size from my favorite skinny jeans, and while I was glad I did for my own comfort, many looser styles like the High Rise Mom Jeans and the Ultra High Rise Ankle Jeans would have fit in my normal size for sure. Since the fabric does mold to your body throughout the day, expect the tighter waistband to loosen up and any baggy style to get just a bit baggier with wear.
