Foot pain can affect how you work, live, and play. Many athletes experience foot pain, but theyre not the only ones-even business executives may feel foot pain.

At the Center for Foot Care, Dr. Kristin Titko is a Cincinnati podiatrist who figures out exactly what causes your foot pain using an x-ray or, if needed, a diagnostic ultrasound. She then creates a customized treatment plan that will not only relieve your pain, but will also help you avoid future foot health problems.

At Foot Specialists of Greater Cincinnati, we pride ourselves on personal service and since we are independent practitioners, we can take the time to address your concerns in detail. Our philosophy is that we treat you the way we want our families to be treated when they see a physician.

Once we make a diagnosis, we take the time and make the effort to discover the underlying causes of it.

Most lower extremity problems are multifactorial, therefore education, lifestyle changes, and treatments are intertwined to produce excellent clinical outcomes. Beware of practitioners who only offer surgery without diagnosing the underlying cause of your condition.

Foot And Ankle Division

The Division of Foot and Ankle Surgery is comprised of three fellowship trained orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeons and currently supports a PGY-4 and PGY-2 resident who rotate in 10-12 week blocks, as well as rotating podiatry residents. The service provides care at UCMC, Holmes and Westchester Hospital as well as its Ambulatory Surgery Center. Foot and ankle care is also a part of the VA rotation. This is the newest division in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, which was started to meet the increasing need for reconstruction of the foot and ankle. In this capacity, the division interacts with divisions of sports medicine, trauma and adult reconstruction in addition to providing care for congenital deformity as these children become adults. The Division is developing a regional referral practice with expertise in fractures, deformity and degenerative conditions involving the foot and ankle, including joint replacement and joint restoration/preservation.
