Relief Through A Hip Knee Or Shoulder Replacement
Your joints are lined with cartilagea layer of smooth, tough tissue that cushions the bones. Cartilage wears away with age, stress and use. When this happens, the bones rub against each other, resulting in pain, swelling and other issues. Conditions such as arthritis may also cause significant discomfort and limit your physical activity. Thankfully, most of these symptoms can be relieved through joint replacement surgery.
Hip And Knee Replacement Surgery Program

When hip or knee pain keeps you from sleeping restfully and causes chronic pain, our orthopedic doctors offer minimally invasive joint replacement options. Robotic arm-assisted surgery for knee and hip replacements is available at Ascension Seton Hospital. Your orthopedic surgeon creates a personalized, 3D surgical plan. Greater accuracy, along with better joint implant alignment and positioning means that you may experience less pain, recover faster, and have more flexibility.
If you experience a life-threatening, medical emergency, including a traumatic injury to your ribs, neck or spine or compound bone fractures, go to the nearest ER and call 9-1-1.

He Did An Amazing Job More 5
John Wong
2019
Had my Posterior Tibialis Tendon surgery by Dr. Andrew Ebert about 9 weeks ago. He did an amazing job repairing my foot, which was literally deformed by a sports injury ten years ago. He is a very skilled surgeon as I had very little pain after surgery, only swelling. I stop taking the pain pills three days later. He took my bandage off after 2 weeks. I was amazed at how the foot looks. All the nurses there has been very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ebert and his staff.
Pediatric & Adolescent Sports Injuries
Texas Orthopedics also has extensive experience in treating children and teens with orthopedic injuries and conditions of the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot. We strive to use the most conservative, non-invasive treatments when possible.
If surgery is necessary, our team of care providers will provide an individualized treatment plan, including rehabilitation following surgery and expectations for returning to sports and physical activities.

See What Our Patients Have To Say:
I phoned Friday morning and was seen the same afternoon. My knee was so swollen and painful. I was miserable. The Doctor and his PA had me squared away in no time. They were very professional and took care of me even though I was a new patient to their office. When you are in pain every minute makes a difference never mind a few days… very grateful.
Alexis E.
My series of sessions the past 3 months exceeded my expectations. Concerned about the issues of my injured meniscus I wondered if I could recover for downhill skiing. The progress made was a solid 95% and the remainder will be based on my continued routine biking, stretches and strengthening of my knee and leg muscles. Thanks Team PT at Austin Sports Medicine!
Frederick D.
This is the most awesome doctors office. They see you on time, they’re courteous, professional, and don’t automatically jump to recommend surgery.

Dr. Elenz is a great doctor. My son had ACL surgery the end of October and it is going perfectly. Dr. Elenz has been so informative and answers all our questions never feeling rushed. My son is doing physical therapy and will be back on the field doing what he loves soon. Thank you Dr. Elenz and your team for making it all possible.

As always, Dr. Fernandez demonstrated the rare combination of outstanding professional competence and a delightful “bedside manner.” These attributes filtered down to all the Austin Sports Medicine Staff with whom I came in contact.
